Sue Fox of Beaches Holiday Management has been working as our Airbnb property manager since 1 May 2022. We changed managers from one of the large Airbnb management companies in the city, as a result of poor management. This included bad reviews due to unresponsiveness, and lack of cleanliness. This other property management company did not adequately clean and check the apartment as required for a holiday letting. Since moving management to Sue, the property now gets 5 star reviews, which I never believed possible under the previous management. Our property is also now consistently booked out. Sue keeps our property clean and is very responsive to both guests and myself. She will let me know if there is anything that needs doing to keep the property well maintained and ensure guests have a good experience. On the administration side, Sue provides timely and understandable reports, sends timely payments to our bank account and always calls or texts if additional expenses need to approved for payment by her directly. I have been very pleased with Sue’s management of our property , and I highly recommend her as an Airbnb property manager.
